When a care organization requests a listing review, the Registry receives the organization name, contact name, email address, primary service region, primary service category, and any optional phone number, website, or question submitted. The form is processed through Netlify's form-handling infrastructure.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website use and improve the Registry. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, browser and device information, session activity, provider-card views, interactions with provider phone, email, and website links, and submission of the provider listing-review form. Provider interaction events may include an internal provider ID, organization name, general listing location, page path, and interaction type. The listing-review submission event includes only the form name, page context, and page path. Analytics events do not include a provider's submitted contact information, form answers, phone number, email address, or the content of a visitor's communication. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers depending on the visitor's browser settings. The Registry does not use this information to make care decisions, sell family leads, or build advertising profiles.
Visitors can learn about Google's data practices at Google's Privacy Policy and can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Provider inquiry information is used to answer questions, evaluate category fit, prepare or maintain listings, administer participation, and preserve necessary business records. The Registry does not sell submitted contact information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the site, process forms, analyze traffic, host email, or process payments.
Families can browse the Registry without creating an account or submitting their contact information to the Registry. General usage information may still be collected through Google Analytics as described above. When a visitor contacts a listed provider, that interaction is governed by the provider's own privacy practices.
Provider payment links open a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe collects and processes payment and transaction information under Stripe's Privacy Policy. The Registry does not receive full payment-card numbers.
Registry administration communicates by email. Email addresses provided through the provider inquiry form are used only for Registry administration purposes and are not added to marketing lists.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for Registry administration, listing maintenance, payment and tax records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Providers may request access to or correction of their submitted information by contacting Registry administration. Analytics controls, including cookie blocking and the Google opt-out tool, are managed through the visitor's browser or device.
