Provider entries are compiled from publicly available licensure records, official provider websites, and direct provider submissions. Families are responsible for contacting providers directly to confirm services, current availability, geographic coverage, and financial requirements.
Registry administration is handled by email to support documentation and consistent handling of all requests. The Registry does not provide real-time referral coordination, care placement, or case management services.
